- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in cargo operation or in a similar environment.
- Basic Skill in cargo operations, business analysis, or technology integration roles.
- Strong understanding of cargo business processes and operations, including freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Proven experience working with technology teams to implement system enhancements or integrations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cargo operations, technology, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for technological integration and improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the cargo business units and technology teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Analyze current cargo business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization through technology integration.
- Work closely with technology teams to design, implement, and test technological solutions that meet the needs of the cargo business units.
- Provide training and support to cargo business users on new technologies and system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for enhancements or modifications to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and implement new technologies or system upgrades.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cargo operations and technology integration and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support project management activities related to cargo technology initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
